Therapy with me is about building a reel, honest connection. At the heart of my approach is relational therapy, because I believe that healing happens in the context of meaningful relationships. That means we work together, side-by-side, building a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. I am deeply present with my patients. When you sit with me, you have my full attention, my mind, my heart, my empathy, and my presence are entirely with you. I notice the small shifts, the pauses between words, emotions you can’t quite name yet. I want every person who walks into my space to feel truly seen and valued, because I know when it’s like to need that.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. We’ll take it step-by-step. I’ll reflect back what I see in you, your strengths, your patterns, your wins (even the tiny ones), with compassion and honesty. I’m not here to judge. I’m here to support you, challenge you gently, and help you notice what might be getting in your way, so you can grow into the version of yourself that feels most true.
