What Do You Need From Therapy?

  • I need to untangle some things from my past - stuff i’ve been carrying for a while that still creeps in when i least expect it.

  • i need healthier ways to cope - because avoiding everything, bottling it up, or spiralling just isn’t working for me anymore.

  • I need to make space for my emotions - the messy ones, the confusing ones, the ones i don’t talk about out loud.

  • i need someone who “gets it”- and gets me - someone real, who won’t judge me or try to “fix” me, but will walk alongside me as i figure things out.

  • i need to understand myself better - who i am, what i want, why i react the way i do…i just want to feel more connected to me.

  • i need support with anxiety, sress, or feeling overwhelmed - whether it’s school, work, relationships, or just life in general.

  • i need help setting boundaries - saying “no”, asking for what i need, and not feeling guilty about it.

  • i need to feel safe and heard - a space where i don’t have to shrink myself or pretend to be okay when I’m not.

  • i need to break some cycles - the kind that keep pulling me back into the same patterns, the same hurt.

  • i need room to breathe - to pause, reflect, and figure things out without all the pressure.
