  • GET COMFY: kick off your shoes, grab a warm or cold drink, wrap yourself in a blanket…whatever helps you feel safe and more at ease

  • want background music? lo-fi beats? Nature sounds? Total silence? we’ll set the vibe your way!

  • need to fidget? go for it - whether it’s a hair tie, pen, stress-ball, playdough, a squishy, or anything else nearby, use whatever helps you feel calm and focused while we chat.

  • be fully you - no filters, no pressure, zero judgement. come as you are.

  • wanna spill? read me the texts, show me the screenshots, tell me the story - i’m here for all of it (yes, spill ALL the tea!).

  • Therapy ≠ just diving into the heavy stuff. no it’s not alwaysabout unpacking the hard things or sitting in the mess (though there’s space for that too). it’s also about exploring what lights you up, what makes you you, and figuring out how to move through life in a way that actually feels good.

  • Some days we’ll go deep. other days we might just chat. both are healing.

  • no pressure to make eye contact 24/7 - talk while looking out the window, doodling, or even lying down. it’s all valid.

Whether you’re in sweats or coming straight from class, this space is about you feeling like you. No pretending. No performance. Just connection.
